Day 1 – Nairobi / Aberdare National Park
Arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport aboard a morning flight. Met by our representative and assisted to your safari vehicle. Pre Safari briefing then drive to Central Kenya. Lunch at Aberdare Country Club followed by transfer to The Ark, your unique tree lodge for tonight. Evening and night viewing animals at a floodlit water hole. Dinner and stay Overnight at The Ark.
Day 2 – Aberdare / Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart and drive to Lake Nakuru after breakfast. Check in and lunch. Afternoon game drive along the Lake shores and around the park in search for Rhinos, Lions, Buffalos, Water Buck, and Rothschild’s Giraffes, Pelican’s, Cormorants and seasonally even lesser Flamingos among many others. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/Tented Camp.
Day 3 – Lake Nakuru /Masai Mara National Reserve
Breakfast served from 0630 hrs. Check out by 0730 hrs and drive to Masai Mara. Check in followed by lunch. Enjoy evening game drive in Masai Mara when you begin your search for the Big Game that this reserve is famous for. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge / tented camp.
Day 4 – Masai Mara
Early morning and late afternoon game drives in search of the BIG 5; Lion, Buffalo, Elephant, Rhino, and Leopard and several other animals including Impalas, Gazelles, Wildebeests, Hyenas, Topis, Zebras, Giraffes and hundreds of bird species. As one of the 7 Wonders of the Natural World, Masai Mara boasts of the highest concentration of Predators and Prey alike. The annual Wildebeests Migration from Serengeti to Masai Mara also takes place here between July and October when millions of Wildebeests and Zebras closely trailed by the Big Cats cross the Mara River and roam the reserve’s plains in search of greener pastures. The reserve also has over 95 mammal and 450 bird species. Rest of the time will be spent at leisure in your lodge. All meals and overnight stay at your lodge / tented camp.
Day 5 – Depart
Breakfast served from 0630 hrs. Check out by 0730 hrs and drive back to Nairobi. Lunch will be served at the popular Carnivore Restaurant. Transfer to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward evening or night flight. (Pre and post safari accommodation in Nairobi can be organized based on requirement)
